Both the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V) and the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) host many junior resource companies. They differ in listing requirements, continuous disclosure, and market structure.
TSX-V: Part of the TMX Group. Stricter listing and continuous disclosure rules for many categories. CSE: Alternative exchange. Often lower listing thresholds. Both are Canadian venues where juniors raise capital and trade.
TSX-V names generally face higher ongoing disclosure standards. CSE listings can be faster and lower cost but may have thinner trading. Neither exchange guarantees geological quality or management integrity.
TSX-V and CSE are both Canadian junior venues. Check the exchange, disclosure history, and trading liquidity. The listing venue does not replace reading the technical reports.
